Returns and Refunds Policy
Your approved mockup is final. Every custom order comes with a digital mockup for you to review. Please check everything carefully: names, numbers, spelling, colors, logos, and sizes. Once you approve it, your order goes to print exactly as shown on the approved mockup.
If your order doesn’t match your approved mockup, I’ll make it right. If anything on your finished item is different from what you approved, email me at admin@CraftedByMilam.com within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I’ll correct it.
Please review carefully before approving. Any errors on an approved mockup, like a misspelled name or wrong number, are the customer’s responsibility. If you’d like a corrected item, a new order will need to be placed.
Logo and Artwork Policy
I love bringing your logos and ideas to life! To keep everyone protected, here’s how custom artwork works:
You need permission to use the logo. By sending a logo or image, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. This includes team logos, business logos, and personal artwork.
Some designs I can’t make. I’m not able to use logos or images from professional sports teams, colleges, companies, or brands without written permission. I can always help you create an original design instead.
Best file types. For the cleanest results, send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file such as SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. If your file isn’t print-ready, I can let you know before we move forward.
I may share photos. I love showing off finished work! I may post photos of completed orders on my website and social media. If you’d rather I didn’t, just let me know when you order.
Custom Order Process
Creating your custom jersey is easy and fun! Here’s what to expect from your first idea to the day it shows up at your door.
Step 1: Share Your Idea
Fill out the custom order form with your design idea, colors, collar style (crew, V-neck, zip, or button), and any logos you’d like to add. Ordering for a team? Include how many jerseys you need, plus each person’s name, number, and size.
Step 2: Let’s Talk Details
I’ll reach out to go over your idea, answer any questions, and give you a quote.
Step 3: Place Your Order
Once everything looks good, you’ll complete your payment to get your design started.
Step 4: Review Your Mockup
I’ll create a digital mockup of your design for you to review. Please check everything carefully: names, numbers, spelling, colors, logos, and sizes. Your order includes [2] rounds of revisions if you’d like any changes. Any changes after that incur a $10 revision fee.
Step 5: Approve Your Design
When you’re happy with your mockup, let me know you approve it. Your order then goes to print exactly as shown on the approved mockup, so take your time and double-check before you say yes!
Step 6: Production
Your jerseys are made with care. Production takes about [4-6 weeks] after approval.
Step 7: Delivery
Once your order ships, I’ll send you tracking information so you know when to expect it.
Need it by a certain date? Let me know when you place your order, and I’ll do my best to work with your timeline. Rush orders aren’t always possible, so the earlier you reach out, the better!
Shipping Policy
Production Time
Every custom order is made just for you, so production starts after your mockup is approved. Custom jerseys take about [4-6 weeks] to produce. Ready-made items, like hoodies, ship within [5-7 business days].
Shipping Time
Shipping time is separate from production time. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes [3-7 business days]. You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I’m not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, I’m not able to replace lost or stolen items. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package seems lost in transit, email me at admin@CraftedByMilam.com and I’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email me within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item, and I’ll work with you to make it right.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what information I collect and how I use it.
Information I Collect
When you place an order, fill out a form, or sign up for emails, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and order details, including names, numbers, and logos for your custom items.
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely through [Squarespace / Stripe / PayPal]. I never see or store your full card number.

What I Don’t Do
I don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone. I only share it with services needed to run my business, like payment processors and shipping carriers.

By placing an order with Crafted By Milam (DBA Bowling Threads), you agree to the following terms.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Custom order prices depend on your design, quantity, and add-ons, and will be confirmed in your quote. Prices may change at any time, but your quoted price is locked in once your order is placed.
Payment
Payment is accepted through the website at checkout. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% before your mockup is created. [Any remaining balance is due before your order goes to production.]
Mockup Approval
Every custom order includes a digital mockup for your review, with [2] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions incur a $10 revision fee. Once you approve your mockup, your order goes to print exactly as shown. Please carefully check all names, numbers, spelling, colors, logos, and sizes before approving. Errors on an approved mockup are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before mockup approval. [Deposits are non-refundable.] Once your mockup is approved and your order goes to production, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
Color Differences
Colors may look slightly different in person than they do on your screen, since every phone and computer displays color a little differently. Small differences in color are not considered errors.
Sizing
Please check the size chart before ordering. Custom items can’t be exchanged for a different size.
Logos and Artwork
By submitting a logo or image, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. See my Logo and Artwork Policy for full details.
Returns
